Study On The Mechanism Of Psychological Safety Capital Of Miners On Illegal Behavior

With the improvement of mine mechanization and automation,the illegal behaviors of miners in mine production activities are characterized by normalization,generalization and concealment.Statistical research shows that the main cause of mine production safety accidents is the illegal behavior of miners as the main body of production activities.Therefore,how to effectively avoid and reduce the occurrence of illegal behavior of miners has become a practical problem that the mine production safety management departments urgently need to solve.Among the numerous antecedent variables of illegal behavior,psychological capital has gradually become the focus of researchers,but the existing research has not gone into the internal mechanism of the influence of psychological safety capital on the occurrence of acts in Violations of Regulations.Individual risk preference is not only greatly influenced by individual psychological capital,but also can greatly affect individual decision-making process and results.Therefore,in the process of analyzing the influence of security psychological capital on illegal behavior,risk preference is introduced as an intermediary variable,and the empirical relationship among security psychological capital,risk preference and illegal behavior is deeply discussed.Comb and analyzes the actuality of research,based on the mine safety management status in our country,specifically to produce a line of miners as the research object,combined with social cognitive theory of self control,the integration of theory and risk appetite combination theory Angle of view,put forward in this paper,the research hypothesis,construct the miners safe psychological capital risk preference relation with illegal behavior hypothesis model.Collect relevant data of illegal behaviors of miners through empirical research: firstly,issue the questionnaire of prediction test,conduct statistical analysis,screen and optimize the data,so as to determine the contents of the formal questionnaire required by the research,and finally collect a total of 332 valid questionnaires.Two kinds of software,SPSS22.0 and AMOS24.0,were used to cross-verify the test theoretical hypothesis model.The three dimensions of risk preference all play a part of mediating role between psychological safety capital and acts in Violations of Regulations.That is,low psychological safety capital is often accompanied by excessive risk perception preference,risk emotion preference and behavior intention preference,which leads to the occurrence of illegal behaviors of miners.Among them,the mediating effect of behavioral intention preference is the most obvious,and the degree of mediating effect of the three dimensions of risk preference is ranked as follows: risk affective preference < risk cognitive preference < behavioral intention preference,and all of them play a positive role in stimulating acts in Violations of Regulations.Studied in this paper,through psychological safety capital as a miner individual characteristics to the violations of the mechanism,the miners for mining enterprise management personnel recruitment,training,the distribution of regulation and post production safety management activities provide theory support of practice guidance,and to enrich mine safety management theory provides the useful inspiration.
