Research On And Improvement Of Modern Enterprise Safety Management Model

The thesis was began with the safety management mode of Chinese enterprises, and in-depth study of the advanced enterprise safety management, including petrochemicals, coal, electronics, making and other fields, the internationally renowned General Electric Company safety Management model, DuPont safety management model, Motorola HSE management model, the Shenhua Group five-star safety management model. Compared and analyzed the selected international advanced safety management model. Summed up the common ground of these advanced safety management and combined the analyzed main problems, given my own proposals. Summed up a set of safety management model which was more suitable and was introduced into SEPR Co. Ltd. to take practical application and get timely feedback of results. Main research and results include the following aspects.1. Started from the safety policies and objectives, safety management logos, organizational structure, safety culture, safe operation model and distinguishing features these six areas'studying. Because no matter thinking about the perspective of research or the practical applications, this six divided parts of safety management model is more feasible and applicable.2. Summed up the existing safety management shortcomings and deficiencies in national enterprises by reading the literatures and analyzing many actual cases.3. Detailed analyzed and researched about the high international recognition and application three enterprise safety management models, and China's Shenhua Group which was introduced in the five-star NOSA safety management, mainly on the basis of the former divided six modules. To understand this several outstanding management more clearly and summed up their common grounds and saving graces and to learn their respective suitable industries and the characteristics elements. Provide the valuable references for the rest of the study.4. Put up many feasibility improvements mainly from the five major aspects. And then sum up a set of improved safety management model.5. The improved safety management model was introduced into SEPR Co. Ltd. to take practical applications and get timely feedback of results. Summed up the Beijing Company's actual situation and made the improvement program.Made the corresponding adjustments mainly from the safety policies and objectives, safety management logos, organization structure, safety culture and operation model and had achieved good results. Any changes is not at one stroke, from the actual SEPR Applications we can see that there were inevitable many deficiencies with the achievements. It also reminds us that we must integrate the community, industries, enterprises its own merits to slowly groping. Found problems then solved in time in improving process, and constantly improve.
