To solve big loss of driving power, low efficiency problems, the multiplex hydraulic power flow coupling match system(MHPFCMS) is proposed based on energy efficiency analysis of hydraulic system, energy saving rate analysis and high efficient range of hydraulic efficiency curve, it include two categories, one is pressure--coupled, the other is flow-coupled. Theoretical analysis is made on operation principle for system. The new design project of the MHPFCMS is put forword, and working status is analysised. The mathematical modeling of the MHPFCMS was built. Based on high efficiency area and its defining principles, the level of the hydraulic system energy efficiency evaluation system evaluation system is established. The research of system load(single and double load) system analysis and design of energy efficiency process analysis and its optimization study have been completed by this analysis method. The analysis of the pumping speed, pumping stroke and load variations’ influence on system is presented. With excavators, for example, it makes the applied research of the MHPFCMS on the theories and methods. Research results show that MHPFCMS combines parameter adjustment, power regulationand, the remaining hydraulic power recovery, regenerative braking energy. It can realize 11 kinds of stable operation condition. In any working condition, the power sources in hydraulic system can easily work at optimum operating point with an average effective power system, so it can effectively reduce the actual installation of power system. Stepless speed regulation is available to determine the pumping speed, pumping stroke and load variations of the MHPFCMS, which meet the requirement to the actual working conditions. The energy ratio of the MHPFCMS excavators is 33.67%.In view of the hydraulic system prone to leakage problems, leak self-closing system in real time is proposed and established its AMESim simulation modeling modeling simulation and analysis. The analysis result indicates that the system can cut off the source of leaks by the custom leakage permission value, which meets the MHPFCMS leak self-closing functional requirements.
