The controlling mode"on-line pre-decision, real-time match"which is a practical mode will be the main mode and direction for the on-line transient stability control. One of the difficulties to implement this controlling mode is how to acquire the real-time state of power system. Whether can you develop a accurate controlling strategy against the current state of power system rely on whether can you acquire the current state of power system reliable and accurately. In this paper, the problem how to acquire the real-time state of power system will be studied deeply. The key issues are as follows:1.Several ways to acquire the real-time state of power system are summaried.After analysising and compairing each method, one method applicable to"central china power grid on-line stability control system"is proposed.That is acquiring the real-time state of power system based on EMS data. Through practice,the effectiveness and practicality of the method is verified.2.Against the method acquiring the real-time state of power system based on EMS data,the existing problems of EMS data are focused on. Then the necessity and feasibility to revise the data is discussed. At last some intelligent automatic correction methods are proposed and verified.3.Against the proplem how the EMS data be used in online power flow calculation,the characteristics and differences between the EMS data and PSASP data are discussed in detail.Then the necessity to transform the format is proposed. At last the method to transform the format is proposed and verified.4.A power flow automatic adjustment method based on sensitivity is introduced. In order to made the method can be used in"central china power grid on-line stability control system",we made some improvement.
