Using fuzzy sets, multiobjective decision making methods and optimization techniques, this thesis systematically studies theoretical models, methods and applications of some key problems for simulation systems of electronic countermeasures, such as jam resource allocation, radiant imperilment comprehensive evaluation, and obtains a lot of original results.Tbese make results of simulation systems for electronic countermeasures more effective and lifelike, and develop research field of electronic countenneasures. This thesis is divided into eight chapters.Main research contents are stated as follows. According to the character of electronic countermeasures in high technology sea combat,Chapter one constructs structure systems of simulation systems for electronic countermeasures, gives a way to simulation system of electronic countermeasures and establishes its kinetics models of electronic warfare and its system architecture.Based on making a thorough investigation and study, this thsis points out that there exist a lot of multiattribute decision making problems. It is difficult to solve them using convention optimization techniques and methods. It is urgent to present and establish some fuzzy multiattribute decision making methods. For smoke blanket jam alternative optimum seekings,Chapter two discusses a type of multiattribute group decision making problems in fuzzy environment.Based on consensus ranking,we construct consensus fuzzy judgment matrix of attributes on fuzzy concept "importance"for each decision maker, compute weight vectors given by decision makers and aggregate weight vector of group.Based on consensus ranking of alternative set on fuzzy concept "excellence"for each attribute,we aggregate all rankings of decision makers in the group and obtain the final ranking of the group. This group decision making method has distinct physical meaning, and is easy to implement and its principle is simple. It is applied to other similar decision making problems though this method is established for smoke blanket jam alternative optimum seeking problems. Using fuzzy sets,Chapter three investigates radiant imperilment comprehensive evaluation problems, gives membership functions of imperil factors for radiant and establishes its fuzzy ratio value method. This method has distinct physical meaning and its principle is simple. It is applied to not only radiant imperilment comprehensive evaluation problems, but also other similar decision making problems in military, economy and real life.Hence, this method develops multiattribute decision makings.ChaPter four stUdies radian imPerilment grade evaluaion problems based onChaptCr three.Since radiant imperilment grad evaIuations is a tyPe of muItiatibutedecision makings,so the key tO solve them is ddsrmination of weightS.Bed ondiscussion of essentiality and some determinations of weights,we pfDpose an orderedratio method. Fu rthermore, us ing logallthm least sq uare Princi ple an d group Analyti cHierarchy Process,we determine weightS of imPeriI factors for boiantand give a newjudgment model and method of radian imPerilment ghe evaIuaions.Using multiattribute decision making methch and funy setS,ChaPter fiveestablishes a tw ortimum seeking model of radar jam effect evaluaions and funymuItiattribute dynamic PrOgraInming modeI of boar jan meurces alIOCationproblems. This method use knowledge of exPertS and may implement multi-stagemultiattribute global oPtimiZation. For efficacy evaluation of simulation syst6ms of electhenic ed,ChaPter siseStablishes an ordered talio method of relative membershiP grads for each altemativebased on conscnsus edng, proPOses a tw muItiattribute oPtmum seeking...
