Research On The Restrictive Factors And Countermeasures Of Popularization Of Prefabricated Buildings In Anhui Province

Under the backdrop of modernization of harmonious co-exisrence between human race and nature and new urbanization,the traditional construction industry mainly based upon the cast-in-place model has the problems of efficiency,consumption and pollution.Such "rudimentary" production methods are not only contrary to the original intention of building a beautiful China,but also hindering the reforming promotion of the construction industry.In the past 2020,a large number of assembled parts and components are used in the main part of the building in the process of two hospitals in Huoshen mountain and Leishen mountain.Prefabricated building as a necessary magic weapon for the transformation and upgrading of construction industry,which already has received great support from state in all aspects.In this period,my country has a certain foundation in the development of prefabricated buildings,but the overall development is still at a low level,and the evolution of prefabricated buildings still face many difficulties.Therefore,this thesis based on the level of Anhui Province,reviewing the evolution experience of prefabricated buildings domestic and overseas,sets up the index system of restrictive elements for the evolution of prefabricated buildings in Anhui Province.These studies are mainly aims to explore the limiting factors in the popularization of prefabricated buildings in Anhui province,and to come up with a number of countermeasures and proposal to pave the way for the evolution of prefabricated buildings in the province Anhui and improve the evolution level of Chinese prefabricated buildings.This thesis mainly conducts the following analysis and research:(1)The thesis first expound the prefabricated houses and related notion,which will help to grasp the practical importance of the modernization of prefabricated houses.By researching relevant information,the development status and history of the prefabricated houses of domestic,overseas and Anhui Province were examined.Through the method of contrastive analysis,it is proposed that the successful experience should be used for reference in accordance with the local conditions.According to reality,our country should start with the engines of government-funded housing construction with sustainable development as the guiding ideology,technique and norm system.Information technology in order to facilitate prefabricated buildings have good and fast development.(2)Through literature comb,expert interviews and questionnaire surveys,calculate out five aspects of market,economy,technology,policy,and society,and 16 restraining factors in the evolution of prefabricated buildings in Anhui Province,forming Anhui Provincial prefabricated construction promotes and implements a restrictive factor index system.(3)applying the DEMATEL-ISM method to analyze the interaction influence and among the factors in the index system for the evolution of prefabricated buildings in Anhui Province,combined with the quantitative analysis of the entropy weight method,eight major prefabricated buildings in Anhui Province are obtained.Restrictive factors include imperfect policies and regulations in prefabricated buildings,imperfect prefabricated building standards and norms system,insufficient dissemination of prefabricated buildings by the government,insufficient financial support,defective technical assistance system,and weak willingness of transformation.Insufficient market demand and lack of professional talents.(4)Based on the above restrictive factors,targeted proposal in line with the development of prefabricated buildings in Anhui Province,in order to contribute to the evolution of prefabricated buildings in Anhui Province.
