In this dissertation , based on the dynamic similitude theory and the п similitude theorem, the artillery full parameters similitude relationships of the internal ballistics, the artillery intensity , the artillery dynamic, the major artillery components ,and the emplacement soil were established. The mutually relationship of all parameters in the system was established .The full parameter artillery physical simulation theory was firstly established. The design of huge rate artillery model and madding methods were solved.Pointing to the second artillery in the national approval test, the test technology by physical model instead of the second artillery was firstly studied. The artillery of GC45 155mm was used as an archetype .It was shrunk at the rate of 1:6.738 to design a 23mm simulated artillery. An appropriate propellant was chosen from existing propellants. The pill and canister were designed by changing the prototype 23mm pill and canister. All components and parts of the similitude artillery were designed. Later, the artillery was made for shooting test.On the similitude artillery, 7 items of shooting tests were proceeded . These items included: muzzle velocity of projectile, pressure of gases, recoil force, efficiency of muzzle brake, muzzle Shockwave, dynamic stress, stability. All of the test data were recorded. The data got from the shooting tests, conversed by the theory of similitude and eliminated the system errors , were compared with the data from the approval test in the national shooting field . It verified that the full parameters artillery physical simulation theory was right . It verified that the huge rate model design and madding methods were reliable. It also verified that the test technology by physical model instead of the second artillery was succeed.
