Shaking table test of small scale structure model is an important means for studying structure aseismic ability and dynamic behavior. We can find the dynamic performance and failure course of structure model on the shaking table, and so we can find out the thin member of the prototype structure, and then we can take right measure to improve the prototype's aseismic ability.In the first, the dynamic similitude relations in linear elastic phase of prototype and model in the condition of artificial mass is lacking was deduced, and the effect of distortion of gravity to model member force was analyzed. We can find that the dynamic similitude relations are just used for the dynamic response caused by the earthquake action, and not used for the co-action of earthquake and static action. Pointing out if don't adjust the member reinforcement when have changed the artificial mass and acceleration of model, the model will not reflect prototype's resistance.On the second, some numerical models were set up, and were used for deducing the theory of member reinforcement contrast of RC structure strength model between full artificial mass and lacking artificial mass model in the same earthquake action, full artificial mass model and prototype in the same earthquake action, full artificial mass model and prototype in different earthquake action when they have the same detriment and similitude resistance. Through the nonlinear analyzing, we can find that the member reinforcement area has relation with the strength of earthquake and the condition of artificial mass. If we want the models and the prototype to have the similitude resistance, we must adjust the reinforcement area of members. Through analyzing, we get some conclusions of member reinforcement similitude relations, and hope these conclusions can be useful for the design of structure model.
