The technology of electrical control for automobile is a important factor. So it is main project in our country development planning about automotive industry, the "973" plan take it as preferred orientation.Exploitation of electrical control system for 465 engine is the cooperative development project by taiyuan university of technology mid TianCheng computator Inc, in the meantime, to develop the electrical control, system for substitution fuel engine. This work was financially supported by the YOUTH SCIENCE FUND OF SHANXI (20031037) , CHINA.The exploitation technology of electrical control unit is key technology electrical control system, it is secrecy, the open datum is very rarely. So, the Delphi electrical control system of four cylinder engine is act as object to respectively study its -system of software and hardware.The study of hardware has:The peculiarity of sensor and the peculiarity of implementation machinery are analyzed. The study of ECU is emphasis, to understand its basic structure, to analyze sensor input signal treatment circuit and execution unit drive circuit, to analyze microprocessor. So, basic design tactics of hardware system is get.The disassembling technology is used to software analysis. The general architecture of software and control algorithm is known. So, basic design tactics of electrical control program is get.Engine control theory is analyzed. The advantage and defect of PID in engine control is analyzed. The intelligent theory in engine control is studied, CMAC neural network and expert system is used in engine control, fuzzy theory is used in idle running and part loading mode. According to the feature of engine control, the article put forward the multi way integration intelligent control based on expert co-ordinated system to realize all-round efficient control.Mixing ratio is main factor to influence the performance of engine. Control strategy in various modes is studied in detail.Used control strategies are open cycle control in starting, feedback control by speed in idle running, ideal mixing ratio control by oxygen sensor in part loading mode, maximum output power control in power mode, reparai ion control at variable speed.These control strategy let the engine assumes good economic target, dynamic characteristic and discharge.For deeply study control mechanism of engine and to develop electrical control system based on single chip computer. The engine control system basedis set, PCL-1800 is used as I/O data acquisition system, input signal treatment circuit and execution unit drive circuit are designed. It has the advantage of speed fast and storage capacity, it can quickly modify to raise programming efficency of electrical control software.Design method of software is studied. Modularity design and real lime multitasking control mechanism is used. The modularity design can raise ihe efficiency. The requirement of real time is very high, all control tasks ;ire classified into relatively independent subprogramme by executive frequency and function to time-sharing execute. In this way, dynamic characteristic and accuracy of system are raised.The system is programmed by C language and MATLAB language. The fuzzy controller is developed by fuzzy logic toolbox. The computer-aided design technology is used in electrical control programming, MATLAB/simulink is used in simulation for electrical control software.The auto-measuring system is developed for engine. It can real-time show, control and record.The hardware online simulating system is developed, It can measure rind verify the system of hardware and software.The intelligent integration control is used, it can flexibly control rill mode, the engine is operated credibly. Simulation and analogue test prove that system is reliable.The electrical control system based on single chip computer is design'for practical application.
