IFPC is very important to high quality aircraft design. Integrated Propulsion Control System prior to flight mission can greatly improve the flight performance. This task research in emulation of aero-engine control laws and modes due to particular flight mission. The goal is initiative controlling through reducing surplus of surge.This thesis analyses the work condition and use demands of aero-engine, how to choose the control parameters and controlled parameters, then describes the basic principle of selecting control law. At last, This thesis indicates the usage of DEEC or FADEC make it possible for IFPC.Nonlinear mathematical model of the aero-engine is the core of emulation , and is also the basis of researching in control laws and modes. After deeply analyzing to the characteristic and thermal calculation process of aero-engine components, the author design the simulation system based on mathematical model through which the engine performance of designed point,nondesigned point as well as the dynamic situation can be calculated . The system has good quality of high precisions and is properly proved. by substituting parameters of certain engine which already had the laboratory data.The engine adaptive control mode is also under research .As an example , the engine performance of maximal thrust mode is well calculated through adjusting control parameters. At last , the conclusion is reached that under this mode ,the surplus thrust is greatly improved ,and the flight performance is greatly improved too .
