This paper studied the damage , fracture , fatigue and water fracture mechanics of Portland cement concrete pavement with the twin shear theory, minimum energy dissipation theory and fractal theory combination. The main research contents and results of the thesis are as follows:1 .After study the course from damage to fracture of concrete, a stress analyze method consider the damage of concrete pavement is proposed.2. A twin shear intensity criteria and a fracture criteria of concrete pavement is established, the parameter b of the criteria are educed by the minimum energy dissipation theory. The effects of fractal on fracture process zone are also studied.3. The coefficients of the modified Paris equation are educed with fractal theory, and the fatigue performances of concrete pavement are studied with the fractal fatigue equation.4.New investigations of wash out and dissolve erode of the base are come out, and a quantitative analysis method of water fatigue fracture of concrete pavement is given.5.A design procedure of cement concrete pavement base on damage and fractal theory is put forward.6.Crack expanding in the repair of the crack, desk and bottom empty of concrete pavement are studied and utility repair methods are presented.
