In The North Of Asphalt Concrete Road Surface Crack Repair Technology Research

Highway in use process,the road will be because of driving load,environmental factors,such as damage,crack is one of the most common forms of damage,especially in northern conditions,different seasonal temperature difference is very big,the main disease of highway is crack,China's main cracks of asphalt pavement repairing technology in hot asphalt is given priority to with surface caulking,resistance to water penetration ability is bad,low temperature crack resistance is poor.Although similar foreign products with good performance,but its construction technology is complex,need special equipment for construction,and its price is high.This article is based on the domestic entities of asphalt pavement engineering of an expressway in the north,combined with the feature of the asphalt pavement cracks,with independent research and development of new type filling and sewing materials to repair of asphalt concrete pavement crack,through the water penetration test and low temperature crack resistance test,evaluate the bonding of repair materials,water permeability resistance,low temperature crack resistance,etc.Experimental results show that when the coal gangue powder or cement content of 20%-30%,water seepage coefficient of the stable,but the same proportion,the water seepage coefficient of coal gangue powder modified asphalt rubber paste smaller,when coal gangue powder or cement content of 30%,and the fusion of asphalt is not very good,viscosity is very large.So you can choose coal gangue powder content is 20%of the modified asphalt mortar as crack repair material.After low temperature crack resistance test,and also proved that the coal gangue powder content is 20%of modified asphalt mortar as repairing material,crack change is small,can be used to repair cracks on asphalt pavement.
