Bridge damage monitoring is a new composite subject which involve bridge structure, damage inspection and weapon ammunition etc. Modern advanced monitoring technology is used to monitor bridge in war what is the assurance of bridge military transportation and give the guidance for rush-repair or damage evaluation.The importance of bridge in war is analyzed. The origination of bridge monitoring and the development of monitoring system are reviewed. The conception, contain and system construction of bridge monitoring are introduced. The way to research and the current situation of ammunition damage reinforced concrete are discussed.The types and damage ways of ammunition are introduced. Two kinds of ammunition new multi-impact way are studied. The relation between the lost of velocity, kinetic energy, momentum and strike velocity are got by the typical penetration test. The way to test the ammunition acceleration is presented. The theoretic and finite element analysis of monition explode in concrete are got.The principle of ammunition explode or shock bridge and finite thickness dynamic deform are analyzed by the blunt bullet strike the bridge. The response and finite element simulation are got when a blunt bullet impacts a bridge. The damage of bridge can be evaluated by monitoring the local dynamic response. The way to monitor the energy which put into the bridge by the impacting is put forward, what can be used to evaluate the ammunition damage of the whole function of bridge.Several methods usually used to inspect cable are introduced. A new way is put forward to test dynamic load with inspecting the steel wire strain, which overcome the shortcoming of frequency way that can only inspect the cable constant load. The cable fatigued and dynamic load test are done in the paper.The confusion of bridge monitoring environment is talked about. The basic requirement of bridge damage monitoring system design is discussed. Several sensors and electric cable distribution to increase the monitoring system reliability and exist probability are introduced. The bridge wireless monitoring in war is put forward and the wireless digital transmission is designed and tested.Wireless energy supply is talked about. Wireless vibrate generator is introduced. A piezoelectricity ceramics generator is presented. Both theirs theory analysis and energy story ways are studied. The principle modals are made to test energy supply. The two generators are new ways to supply energy for bridge wireless dynamic monitoring.
