The bridge is the throat of the city roads, railways and other transportation lines, and therefore a higher demand for structural performance and operational status of theexisting bridge and new bridge. Bridge construction plays an important role ininfrastructure is the top priority of the traffic roads and railway lines. However, thesebridges are in the process of construction and use of unreasonable due to the design, section size and steel configuration does not meet the mechanical requirements, qualityof construction to reach the design requirements, improper use of building materials, poor quality, etc., will inevitably produce different degrees of damage. Reinforcementof the bridge has become particularly important.Instance of a project for analysis, conduct research and analysis on the basis of theresults in the previous instance of damage, the reinforcement program for injuryanalysis and summary of the monitoring and analysis of reinforced construction and, ultimately, bridge load test, determine the bridge reinforcement meets the requirements.Article the main contents and results are as follows:(1) To analyze the reasons of injury, and analysis of bridge cap beam cracks. Dueto ill-considered design, the more eccentric of the force of the upper part of thesolid pier, pier would edge to bring the large transverse tensile stress. Thebridge substructure design, solid pier area between the bearing will also bevarying degrees of tensile stress in the future design needs to attract enoughattention. (2) For instance, the finite element simulation of three-dimensional solid. Differentthree-dimensional unit, selection of good versatile8-node6-sided unit-basedcell modeling analysis. Midas/Civil finite element analysis software instance.(3) Taking into account the characteristics of the reinforcement construction, analysis of further damage to the structural damage in the reinforcementscheme to what extent, whether to meet the structural safety and reliabilityrequirements.(4) Analyzed with the monitoring data of the whole, compared to confirm theaccuracy of the three-dimensional solid model. The load tests showed that thereinforcement effect.
