| It is important and pressing to develop the photoelectric countermeasure device especially laser countermeasure device for the photoelectric guided weapon, which has tremendous battle power and ratio of effect and cost in the attacking high value target. On the other hand, many important photoelectric devices are being threatened by laser countermeasure weapon that is being developed rapidly. So it is very important and significant to study the jamming effect of tracking system of photoelectric guided weapon induced by laser. TV and IR imaging tracking system and their key parts like CCD and IR detector are used as research objects. The performance effects and jamming mechanisms of CCD, IR detector and tracking system are researched in detail when laser irradiates them. Based on the composing and working principle of CCD and IR detector, the photo-electricity characteristic of them are studied and the saturation effects of them induced by laser are also analyzed. The jamming mechanism of CCD irradiated by laser out of the field of view is also studied in detail. In order to prove the mechanisms, the jamming experiments of KA-320 CCD irradiated by pulse and CW YAG laser are developed. Based on the composing, working principle and performance of TV and IR imaging system, the laser jamming ways including jamming of AGC, jamming of tracking wave-door and radiation saturation are given. Based on the transmitting characteristic of 1.06μm YAG laser, the estimation equation of remote fluence of laser are given and analyzed simulatedly. At last, the influence of position precision, laser beam energy distribution, atmosphere turbulence and tracking precision on the jamming effect are analyzed synthetically. |
