The desquamation of affixed reinforced RC beam is studied in this paper. It shows that the study for the desquamation of affixed reinforced RC beam is necessary. The FEM model and the peel-off-judge are present. The beam bonded steel plate is studied. The study content is as follows. Because the press capability of concrete and the pull capability of sticking material are good, the bear capability of the concrete beam will be advanced when the beam is reinforced. In the theory, the limit intensity theory is used when the bear capability of the reinforced beam is calculated. The sticking material is taken as steel bars inside concrete. And the resisting capability, which is supplied by sticking material, is based on intensity of the sticking material. And the phenomenon of the sticking material peeling off from the concrete beam is ignored. So the study on the sticking material's peeling off is necessary. In order to avoid error of experimentation and use virtue of finite element method, A model of RC beam bonded with sticking material is built with the finite element (FEM) software ANSYS. It bases on disposed particularity of material and the mechanism capability to adopt independent model. The concrete takes 8-node hexahedron elements SOLID65. The sticking material is taken 8-node hexahedron elements SOLID45 or other appropriate elements. The mucus is taken 8-node hexahedron elements SOLID45. The steel bar is taken 2-node linearity elements. A series of crack models are built by skill element to predigest the model. And the elements of crack were diminished. At the same time, the concept of peel-off-judge is brought forward. Because the desquamating judge of the sticking material is based on experimentation phenomena. But the desquamating judge needs to be definitude in theory. Now, there isn't a judge on desquamation. The desquamating phenomenon shows that sticking material on the interface-concrete is mangled. And the criterion CECS90:25 ordains that the wreck of steel plates peeling off must be the wreck of interface-concrete. So the desquamating judge on sticking material is confirmed that the stress of interface-concrete achieves the limit. The desquamating judge was used on the beam that was reinforced with carbon fibrin, which proves the use was validated and it is rationality. In this paper checking formula of the desquamation of steel plate is deduced. The element model of the beam bonded steel plate is built by experimentation. And the whole process of RC beam bonded with steel plate is researched by finite element method. Conclusion is that peel load of steel plate is proportional with bending moment. So the formula of desquamation stress of steel plate is deduced by elastic analysis and finite element method. In the formula, influencing coefficient of loading and desquamation force is denoted. And the influencing coefficient at bending moment is stands for. In this paper the element model of the beam is constituted to describe the course bonding steel plates by the technics. It analyzes the stress of interface concrete to detrude the affection of stress that is produced by support load. We can find that the support load will affect steel plates desquamation. In this paper the thickness of steel plates is analyzed. According to the analysis, we can find that the resist curve capability will increase when the thickness of steel plate increase. But at the same time the stress of interface concrete will increase in a quick speed. It will bring on steel plates desquamation. The thickness of mucus is analyzed in this paper. We find that the thickness of mucus cannot affect steel plates desquamation. Compared with test, the applicable condition of the formula is that the thickness is 2mm to 4mm and that the number of the layer is 1 to 2 by analyzing the thickness and layer of the steel plate. In this paper the formula of the resist shearing capability with U shaped steel plate reinforced beam is modified. By experiment and finite element model, it is concluded that enhancement of resist-shearing force is correlative with sticking area when the inclined plane of RC beam bonded with steel sheet supports loading. The resist-shearing force is different when steel plate yields or desquamates. It is bigger when steel plate yields. The sticking area is bigger, the resist-shearing force is better by analyzing the stress of interface, and at the same time steel plate desquamation will delay. So the amendable formula on the U shaped steel plate reinforced beam resist-shearing force is identified. In the formula, the influencing coefficient of the side of U shaped steel plate is considered. In this paper the calculate method is improved by studying desquamation of reinforced RC beam stuck with steel plate. And it shows that the FEM model and the peel-off-judge line are reasonable.
