The thesis is centered on the collaborative design of the products, begins with the typical features of its technology and organization, gives the further study on the information expression and interactions, conflict resolution between design task and design knowledge, design games between collaborative designer, and the optimization between multi-task and multi-design, which has been fulfilled with the technology of computer, internet and database according to the practical situation.It is the basic precondition that the information interaction effectively carried out between different collaborative designers for the implementing of collaborative design, and just based on the inhomogeneous environment of collaborative design, the ontology of product design information is presented, the algorithm of ontological mapping is put forward for different design ontology by using first order logic and description logics, and the approach to the design of the product model data is illustrated too.The process model and data flow logical relation model of collaborative design is constructed according to the characteristics that the collaborative design reflects. The reason why conflicts occurred in process of collaborative design is analyzed, harmonious mechanism between design task based on Petri net is formed, and rough set is introduced to constitute an algorithm for conflict resolutions from the angle of design knowledge. Finally, the technological frame of conflict resolutions to collaborative design is modeled.The process that each collaborative designer solves their respective design problems is considered as a kind of design game, and game theory is introduced to describe the relationship with collaborative designers. The model of collaborative design is set up, which is based on three kinds of protocol (cooperative, non-cooperative and leader/follower). The solution to rational response set is discussed with approximate response surface method, and the example of draw-machine and drive-machine of measure system is put forward to prove the method mentioned above.Collaborative designer may be confronted with the multilevel design optimization inthe process of solving complex design problems. After comparing with three methods that are Collaborative Optimization (CO), Concurrent Subspace Optimization (CSSO) and Bi-Level Integrated System Synthesis (BLISS), the strategy is summarized according to different design condition. At the same time, uncertainty transmit model is presented in terms of the uncertainty of design variables. Solution to uncertainty based on multilevel design optimization is worked out. All these are feasible.With the combination of the theory and practice, prototype system of collaborative design for the measure is exploited; several key technologies are discussed, including the decomposing design requirement, CORBA technology, Prolog technology, XML technology and Databases technology. The prototype system of collaborative design is exploited to fulfill the collaborative design task of measurement system, which further prove the practicability of it.The last part of the thesis is the conclusion of research and anticipation of some future work needed.These relevant theories and methods presented in this thesis will perfect the collaborative design and accelerate implement of collaborative design to some extent.
