The whole Internet can be integrated into a huge super computer system to realize the comprehensive sharing of computing resource, storage resource, data resource, information resource and knowledge resource by using grid technology. This dissertation make a deep study on several of the key technologies of manufacturing grid starting from the characteristics of network manufacturing and grid technology, and proposes new research method, model, and technological route.Creative works of this dissertation include:1. Grid has the mechanism of distributed resource sharing, loosely coupled structure, and dynamic and virtual characteristics. These features are matched with the requirements of network manufacturing. According to the characteristics of manufacturing network (dynamic, self-organizational, small world, and scale free), this dissertation gives a logic of manufacturing network and constructs the search mechanism.2. Based on deep study and analysis of the information description scheme of manufacturing networks and by using of XML, the author constructs an informationdescription scheme for manufacturing network------Extensible Manufacturing GridLanguage, abbreviated as XMGL, which includes XMGL basic standard, information description standard at product level, information description standard at enterprise level and information description standard at coordinating level.3. By analysis, it is discovered that service-oriented architecture (SOA) has excellent loosely coupled and distributed computing characteristics, so it is suitable for constructing the information service model of manufacturing networks. The dissertation constructs an information sharing model of manufacturing network based on web services, and gives the resolution for publishing, discovering, transmission and sharing of manufacturing network.4. Though analysis of peer to peer (P2P) network model, the author points out that as an important implementation method of manufacturing network at present, P2P is also suitable for constructing and implementing manufacturing network systems. A logic structure of P2P-Based Manufacturing Grid (PBMG) is constructed according to the characteristics of manufacturing networks and the organization of pure P2P model networks. Implementation method for the service level of UDDI-based manufacturing resource is proposed, and a PBMG trust model based on Dempster-Shafer evidence theory is constructed in this dissertation.
