With the increasingly competitive global economy, advanced reconfigurable manufacturing model have been proposed, and manufacturing resources reconfiguration is the basis for the implementation of reconfigurable models. Manufacturing resources reconfiguration is divided into physical and logical reconfiguration. This paper analyzes the status of manufacturing resources reconfiguration at home and abroad and research background, combined with the basic situation of China's manufacturing industry, the paper comes to the physical reconstruction of immature, therefore, this paper studies the logical reconfiguration. Manufacturing resources scattered in various enterprises will be reconfigured in the form of a virtual manufacturing cell to achieve optimal use of manufacturing resources and sharing. In this paper, numerical control equipment reconfiguration achieves based on a two-stage and studies the distribution of tasks network-based manufacturing, modeling and integration of CNC equipment, the method of the reconfiguration program implementation and system validation.In the networked manufacturing task allocation, the author expounded the principles of networked manufacturing task allocation and proposed two-stage network of manufacturing task allocation, the first phase of the mission is to create enterprise-class manufacturing task allocation based on the types of coarse-grained degree; the second phase of the mission is to create the core features of fine-grained distribution of tasks based on equipment for the workshop, using object-oriented modeling approach to establish manufacturing tasks model in a combination of thick fine-grained.Combination of networked manufacturing task allocation programs and models, the author established corresponding manufacturing enterprise and manufacturing resource model. The author established manufacturing enterprises and manufacturing resource model in object-oriented modeling methods, expressed and packaged for manufacturing enterprises and manufacturing resource data with a unified standard format in order to shield their heterogeneity, and completed manufacturing enterprises and manufacturing resources of XML model description. Furthermore, the author described integration of architecture and implementation methods of manufacturing resources based on Web services, specifically gave the Schema overview of the manufacturers and CNC equipment information XMLSchema XML documents, Web services, as well as from the creation of WSDL to UDDI mapping rules.A two-stage program is proposed to achieve manufacturing resources based on CNC equipment: The first stage is the choice of candidate companies, which is to complete the sub-tasks; the second stage is to create the manufacturing resources reconfiguration, which is to complete the task unit, and analyzed the reconfiguration process. The author study the mathematical model of manufacturing resources reconfiguration based on CNC equipment, and transformed the abstract reconfiguration problem into a mathematical multi-objective optimization problem; the final study for solving the mathematical model is adaptive genetic algorithm, considering the individual and group self-strain, dynamic adjustment of crossover and mutation probability ,which overcome the premature convergence and slow convergence in the vicinity of the optimal solution of the problem, and gave specific examples illustrated.Finally, the author developed the prototype system of manufacturing resources reconfiguration based on CNC equipment. The author planned overall architecture and functional structure of the prototype system, expounded the choice of tools for system development and operation of the environment, and verified the feasibility and validity of the proposed earlier theories and related technologies.
