Overall and deepenning ground analysis and disscussion on intelligent control and design technology of AC contactor was developed in this dissertation. Intelligent control method and new design idea are proposed on the basis of a large number of experiments studies, theory analysis and artificial intelligence technology. This dissertation mainly contains the following aspects:1) Propose the new type contact structure of three-phase contacts having different open distance. By adding a single-chip digital processor controlled intellectual control module to the traditional AC contactor, the contactor can be optimizing control in all process of closing, closed and breaking.2) Deeply testing study and theory analysis have been made for intelligent AC contactor in the closing course and propose the idea of dynamic control in the closing course. Research on the dynamic characteristics of the contactor under different conditions such as different excitation voltage, different closing phase angle, different control scheme and so on. Looking for the optimal control scheme on the basis of a host of dynamic characteristics experiments and to achieve the ends which the core strike has been cut to the bone and the contacts bounce have been cleared up completely in the closing course.3) Research on the zero-current-breaking control (ZCBC) for intelligent AC contactor and realize the micro-arc-energy breaking control in three-phase circuit. With a great number of experiments, study on the chief influence factors for the ZCBC to improve the ZCBC reliability.4) Introduce ANN (Artifical Neural Networks) to the dynamic calculation on intelligent AC contactor in the breaking course and build a mathematical model. Research on the magnetic state of the core in the electromagnetic system and the change rule of the inductive potential in the field winding. Set up an ANN curve database for the change rule of the inductive potential by massive experiments and theory analysis. The database has been used to foresee the change rule of the magnetic flux of intelligent AC contactor in the breaking course and establish the dynamic mathematics model for intelligent AC contactor in the breaking course based on artificial intelligence technology.5) Introduce a novel simulated evolutionary algorithm-------ACA (Ant ColonyAlgorithm) to the optimal design on intelligent AC contactor and obtain satisfied results. This novel intelligent optimal method provides the foundation for the optimal design algorithm of the contactor. Choose some parameters of intelligent AC contactor as the optimization design variable such as the control parameters, the structure parameters, the coil parameters, the counter force parameters, the contactsparameters, and so on. Propose the optimization design scheme for the dynamic combination control of intelligent AC contactor in the overall process and make the optimization design.6) Develop the intelligent AC contactor based on a brand-new design idea and controlling the method. Realizes the dynamic optimize control in the overall process of closing, closed and breaking course for the contactor, especially the dynamic control in the closing course and the zero current break control in the breaking course. So rise the electrical endurance, the mechanical endurance, the operating frequency and other performance indexes for the contactor by a large margin. In addition, the contactors have some other functions, such as saving-material (especially silver), saving-energy; communicate with the monitor computer system, and direct current operation etc. Thus make a contribution to putting out the intelligent electrical apparatus updated in this dissertation.
