With the continuous development of industrial automation technology,AC contactor is moving towards saving materials,energy efficiency,reliability and life direction.AC contact as an important electrical component in the field of industrial automation and control.It ensures the stability of the entire control system is extremely important,and the dynamic characteristics of electromagnetic agency directly affect the electrical and mechanical properties of AC contactor.The traditional core of AC contactor is flat surface,this shape of the core structure is simple,but its magnetic flux leakage is relatively large.The area of surface is subject to structural constraints,it fails to take advantage of the amount of copper and iron.Therefore,this paper transforms the flat surface of the core into V surface of the core,and conducts research on dynamic characteristics of V surface AC contactor,finally,optimizes the structure parameters and electrical parameters.A microcontroller as the core of intelligent V surface AC contactor body is developed independently.This paper gives a detailed description of the basic structure,functions and features of intelligent V surface AC contactor.The software and hardware design of intelligent V surface AC contactor body is also given,and then use high-speed cameras,data acquisition card and other testing devices to test the dynamic characteristics of intelligent V surface and flat surface AC contactor body under different closing phase angle,the paper combines experimental data and electromagnetic theory these two aspects to analyze dynamic characteristics of intelligent V surface and flat surface AC contactor.This measurement technique and analysis methods lay a foundation for the optimization design of intelligent V surface AC contactor Virtual Prototype.This paper bases dynamic characteristics simulated calculation simulation of intelligent V surface AC contactor on ANSYS or segmentation of the magnetic field of the magnetic circuit equation.Then the improved AFSA combines with segmentation of the magnetic field of the magnetic circuit equation for the optimization design of intelligent V surface AC contactor body.Optimization design takes core length,core thickness,number of coil turns and the coil resistance of intelligent V surface AC contactor as the design variables,selects collision energy,the effective volume of the core and coil these three indicators which best embody comprehensive economic and technical requirements of intelligent V surface AC contactor and the time of action as a multi-objective function,achieves optimization design of intelligent V surface AC contactor solenoid mechanism by applying boundary conditions.The optimization result shows that compared with intelligent flat surface AC contactor,intelligent V surface AC contactor has a substantial reduction in core quality and coil turns,and intelligent V surface AC contactor has better dynamic characteristics at the same time.The ideas and methods promote the development of intelligent electrical appliances on Virtual Prototype design research and product development.
