The research was part of the project–wind tunnel test and study on serial impellers of CWET founded by National Natural Science Foundation of China (the number warranted:59306060) .The aim was to find pneumatic and power performance of resemble model of Large Capacity CWET carried by in-truck test. The result was compared with the data obtained in the wind tunnel and established the design formula in principl of serial capacity of CWET.The resemble modelâ… was designed and made based on the CWET.Total pressure, static pressure and some other pneumatic characteristics in contracting pipe, center cylinder and diffuser of the resemble modelâ… were tested. The result of test was analyzed, and showed that the flow speed (where impeller installed in modelâ… ) was 1.31 times faster than the speed of natural wind, and the flux energy increased to 2.25 times.Through the pneumatic experiment of resemble modelâ… , it was discovered the fact that the flow speed was 1.34 times faster than the natural wind speed at 565mm to the entrance section (37.8% of the length of diffuser in axial spacing),and flux energy increased to 2.41 times of the same area.On the base of resemble modelâ… , the figure of contracting pipe was changed, the generatrix became arc for once it was straight line, named resemble modelâ…¡. Total pressure, static pressure and some other pneumatic characteristics in contracting pipe, center cylinder and diffuser of the resemble modelâ…¡were tested. It was tested outside in-truck under the same experimental condition as it was in the test of resemble modelâ… . The result obtained showed that it was 1.38 times faster than the speed of natural wind where impeller installed, compared with modelâ… the value increased 5.3%. Flux energy became 2.63 times of the natural wind in same area, 16.9% higher than modelâ… .In the pneumatic experiment of resemble modelâ…¡, it was found that the flow speed at 365mm to the entrance section 0f resemble modelâ…¡(entrance section of diffuser) was 1.40 times faster than the natural wind speed, 4.5% higher than resemble modelâ… . Flux energy increased to 2.74, 13.7% higher than modelâ… . The fact was worth to lucubrate.In pneumatic experiment of resemble modelâ…¡, pneumatic characteristic was studied at the speed of 12m/s under various temperature. The result of test proves that the effect of temperature on pneumatic characteristic in accordance with the result of theories analyze.
