This thesis systematically presents the methods to establish maintenance support project, the selection methods of maintenance project, the optimizing methods of maintenance personnel and the maintenance materials consuming model of Artillery weapon system. The research outcomes have great theory and application value.In this thesis, the flow to widely develop maintenance support project of Artillery weapon system is presented. Besides, the specific contents, requirements and realization methods of the flow are discussed in detail.Based the above researches, the thesis systematically presented the maintenance modeling methods of Artillery weapon system, which make the development of maintenance program become more scientific and effective. By analyzing effect factors, this thesis divides state of items into two states and three states, which have compound failure modes. Then the pertinent maintenance models and examples are also presented, bosed on decision-making goals of risk of failure occurrence, availability of equipment or cost of maintenance, which may be directly applied to solve equipment maintenance problems.Furthermore, according to the usage characters of Artillery weapon system, the thesis brings forward the methods to confirm the category and quantity of equipment maintenance materials, and presents quantity ststistics model, half quantity model, qualitative model and expendable model, which may be applied to development of maintenance material management standard. The above researches outcomes present scientific methods for maintenance material support, some of which have been applied to development combat readiness storage standard of army equipment maintenance materials.Finally, on the basis of equipment damage analysis, maintenance organiration task analysis and maintenance personnel analysis, the thesis builds allocation model, and discusses the optimum allocation problems of different specialty maintenance personnel.
