Based on investigating the actualities and developments of maintenance policy all over the world, this dissertation presents a general blue print of Maintenance policy adapted to army. It makes researches on decision-making technologies of Maintenance ways,Maintenance interval, Maintenance level as well as Maintenance sequence. The main works and innovation can be summarized as follows.1. Facing Maintenance policy decision-making,the dissertation researches on Failure Mode Effect Analysis and Failure Distribution analysis. Based on creating a failure tree model of equipments, the failure mode and effect of equipments are obtained through qualitative analysis. Based on establishing a failure distribution model repository, the failure distribution is obtained by parameter estimating and Goodness-of-Fit testing.2. Decision-making technologies of Maintenance ways and Maintenance interval are studied. A decision model of Maintenance ways based on RCM logic analysis is established. Then Maintenance ways of equipments are made according to the result of Failure Mode Effect Analysis. Finally Maintenance interval is calculated and confirmed after the related algorithm is chosen according to the army's practical application.3. Decision-making technologies of Maintenance level are researched. The model of non-economic analysis is established by means of decision tree theory while the model of economic analysis is established by means of the gray decision-making theory. Maintenance level is obtained by analyzing the models then.4. Decision-making technologies of Maintenance sequence are studied. Factors'index and their weighting which affect Maintenance sequence are confirmed too. Then the hierarchy model of Maintenance sequence is established by means of Analytical Hierarchy Process. Maintenance sequence is obtained by means of constructing decision-matrix and multi-hierarchy synthesizing.Finally, using the above-mentioned research findings synthetically, the dissertation develop an equipment maintenance policy decision-making support prototype system successfully and the situation of the prototype system's primary application is also presented.
