Tunnel ventilation is an important technology that restricts long highway tunnels construction. Research in home and abroad indicates that the cost of tunnel ventilation increases with the cube of tunnel length and the highway tunnel running cost is a huge spending after constructed. So the study of highway tunnel ventilation has great society and economy value. The paper based on hydromechanics affinity theory and model experiment theory, utilized physical model experiment as an important method, had studied the long highway tunnel ventilation.The paper had studied the theory and technique of highway tunnel ventilation physical model experiment deeply, had finished design, manufacture, debugging of highway tunnel ventilation physical model experiment system.1. Based on hydromechanics affinity theory and major control factor of highway tunnel ventilation, the paper had made certain highway tunnel ventilation boundary condition. Based on Navier-Stokes equation, the paper had deduced tunnel ventilation model experiment affinity theory and chosen Reynolds Number as the affinity norm of the tunnel ventilation physical model. Based on Nikuratse Testing, the paper had analyzed the influence factor of Reynolds Number and the form reason of affinity self pattern area. The paper had discussed the experiment method of affinity self pattern area.2. The paper had given complete tunnel ventilation model-design method. The paper had studied the tunnel ventilation model rate design method based on Reynolds Number as the affinity norm and affinity self pattern area as nucleus, analyzed and made certain the model rate of the Qinling Zhongnan Mountain Highway Tunnel ventilation model, studied material selection, design and installation methods of the tunnel ventilation model, researched tunnel ventilation model's power system and control system, studied wind pressure and wind speed test component. The paper had developed the tunnel ventilation data acquisition and supervising system that can real-time display, record and voluntarily warn on general industry software.3.
