In recent years, the quality accident of civil engineering is becoming a worldwide problem. Concrete is one of the most applicable structure materials in architecture engineering. The occurrence of many quality accidents has close relationship with the concrete compressive strength, which cannot meet the design specification. Therefore, how to monitor and control on concrete quality effectively is becoming an important topic in the field of engineering technique. In our country, concrete nondestructive tests are widely applied to estimate structural concrete strength because they have the characteristics of simple, easy for operating and lower cost. The concrete strength can be synthetically evaluated based on multi-variable so that the result is more accurate and reliable than single variable. Synthesis method is an important development direction in concrete nondestructive test field. However, considering multi-variable simultaneously cannot overcome the uncertainty in concrete strength evaluaion. Concrete strength evalution is influenced by many factors, such as raw material, mixture ration, ages, curing and modeling conditons etc. All these factors result in the uncertainty of concrete strength evalution. Fuzzy methematics is a powerful tool to solve the uncertainty. So, based on fuzzy system method, the paper proposes a multi-variable synthesis model to evaluate concrete strength. The main contents are as follows:(1) Put forward a special modeling optimization scheme for the concrete strength evaluation. The whole process is circular instead of one direction. With the usage of modeling, data is becoming more and more applicable in data set. New knowledge will be discovered and the old will be revised. Technical precision of the knowledge will be higher and higher. Meanwhile, the information value will be embodied and a lot of technical test data will be used adequately.(2) With the cooperation of Qingdao building engineerings quality supervision and test center, the paper does a detail investigation to the basic status of the raw...
