And initially has constructed the nonmaterial culture landscape traveling plan design theory and the method body.Theoretical research studies two aspects that are nonmaterial culture basic theories and people consume need of nonmaterial cultural landscape. And it pays attention to seeking combination and correspondence of the two to establish the theoretical foundation for the nonmaterial cultural landscape travel and develop finally. This research presents that we should understand from four following aspects in definition of the nonmaterial cultural landscape by the foundation of investigating and analyzing form and content of nonmaterial culture in system. (1)Meet mankind relax and play, travel etc recreation spirit of activity need, including aesthetic feeling, curiosity, cultivating one's taste and so on; (2)It is spirit and idea (flesh and blood of the cultural landscape is spirit) promoted on the foundation of creating material landscape (truck of the cultural landscape is the shape) by using the natural material. It is opposite of material production that meets people basic material life demand. And it is spiritual production, taking meeting people's cultural life demand as purpose; (3)It is high-level mankind spiritual activity. The inherent meaning and meaning is the spirit of the cultural landscape, by which is reflected valuetend and pursuit; (4)Non-materiality is not isolating with material but to overweight with nonmaterial spiritual creation activity and their crystallization of field that shape exist. Based on this, further put forward the structure, arrangement and category system of the nonmaterial cultural landscape. Nonmaterial culture is considered to origin from the basic culture matter of human society life, and rise in people's folk life directly, and is shown as the folk culture matter. Folk custom is the parent and foundation of production or origin of other nonmaterial culture of human society. With the development and progress of the society, the human society creates and splits up more high-level nonmaterial culture forms: art, religion and system. According to rule and being ruled, splits up system culture corresponding to common people; in the light of worldly life and spiritual faith, splits up religious culture corresponding to layman; in the light of vulgarity and grace, splits up gracious art corresponding to vulgarity. Art, religion and system form together the superstructure of nonmaterial culture, and lead the "hall of elegance" of human society, thus they become tangible major culture; folk culture, as the foundation of superstructure, widely exists every aspect in social life, lying in the unknown weak tendency position and running its course.In the theoretical study, also systematically expounds the key theoretical questions about nonmaterial culture for the first time, in the terms of property and characteristics, constructions and carriers, protection and passing on etc. In the research of the consumption demand of the nonmaterial cultural landscape, the article establishes theoretical connection between the travel demand and the consumption to nonmaterial cultural landscape according to the essence and arrangement of view consumption demand, and seek the concrete operational approach to the development and guide of the consumption demand of nonmaterial cultural landscape in the light of the three arrangements-stimulate desire, guide and realize demand.The text further explores the theoretic guide and the mode of method which have relevanceto the nonmaterial landscape and tourism planning and are provided with prevalent significance. Perceiving the particularity of nonmaterial landscape, the object of the tourism planning is not the non-materiality itself but its carrier, as a result, comprehending the traits, types and relationships between them and the non-materiality becomes the first question that needs formulating before discussing plan and design. Then, this essay establishes a system of classification and estimation referring to the nonmaterial landscape and tour resources. The goal of the idiographic nonmaterial landscape and tourism planning, aiming at the needs of tourism, integrates its contents and spirits into some carrier in the process of objectizing and interiorizing the nonmaterial contents, and further strengthens and illustrates the nonmaterial landscape by scientific plan and designed arrangement, so as to lie it open to tourists with eager attention. Tourists can feel the cultural sphere through the tour experience of the nonmaterial landscape, obtain from its carrier and acquire the meanings and spirits of the nonmaterial landscape, consequently arrive at its purposes and purports. This process may express is: The non- material culture content (spirit and significance) - the object (increase) — the non- material culture landscape (carrier- unfolds the design with in (to read takes) — the tourist (the person-feeling (emotion experience) — the non-material spiritual boundary. On the basis of the grasp of understanding of values, Aesthetic conceptions and philosophy orientation of human society, use the guide of psychologyand culture, study on how to protect and extend human's precious nonmaterial culture, do further research for the materialization of it in scientific and reasonable way, transform the spirit into specific material substance to provide resources for tourism development. In process of tour, with the aid of artistic and scientific planning and designing, make tourists re-experience the luscious, imaginative and active spiritual environment. This process can be generalized as a model of the development of landscape tourism which is "from spirit to material", and then "from material to spirit". Finally, it can reach the goal of harmony of protection and development. The main new achievement of this study includes:(1) It defines "Nonmaterial Culture" by a new way, which makes the structure and connotation of the definition "Nonmaterial Culture" which posed by UNESCO clearly. It also enriches and expands the content and scope of "Nonmaterial Culture".(2) The system expounds the structure and levels of "Nonmaterial Culture", posing a scientific classification system.(3) It expounds some important theory problem of Nonmaterial Culture, just like character and characteristic, consisting and carrier, protection and passing, and so on.(4) From the substance and level of the landscape consumption needs, the theory is established between tourism demand and nonmaterial cultural landscape consumption. And according to three levels of demands, which are excavating demands, guiding demands and realizing demands, specific operational design methods are quested for nonmaterial cultural landscape of tourism consumer demand development and tourism planning and design.(5) On the basis of practice and theory, the triangle model theory and methods for the protection of the study of nonmaterial cultural tourism planning landscape design "from the spiritual to the material and from the material to the spiritual" are constructed. And the new avenues for protecting and sending the continuation and expansion of local unity and culturalheritage are explored.
