As a kind of special vehicle(functions steer and work),it is being widely used in the fields of construct. There are a lot of working tasks with engineering vehicle and it`s operation is very complex. with engineering vehicle automatic transmission technology, it can improve performance of transmission and lighten work intension of driver. Others,the system of transmission can work in high efficiency and reduce consuming of power. So there are very important realism signification with engineering vehicle automatic transmission technology.This paper is based on the project of National natural Science foundation of China (named"engineering vehicle electronic control for saving energy, No.59705005") and Backbone Teacher Foundation of ministry of Education(named"study on electric control method for improving dynamic and economic performance of engineering vehicle hydraulic transmission") , based on other`s studied, in order to solve the problem of the transmission efficiency of engineering vehicle hydrodynamic drive degrade largely under heavy load, for the purpose of increasing transmission efficiency,with three parameters controlled model, it have deeply studied theory and experiment of engineering vehicle automatic transmission. The study content are:1.Analyze theory of vehicle automatic transmissionDiscussed the producing of vehicle automatic transmission and developmental status at home and abroad. The characteristics and sorts of automatic transmission are summarized, as well as the significance is introduced for engineering vehicle automatic transmission. Discussed principle of engineering vehicle automatic transmission and development, analysed shortage of inhered automatic transmission technology. The main researching contents of the dissertation are outlined.2. Study on three parameters fuzzy automatic transmission scheduleDiscuss the automobile automatically to shift gears the rule and the engineering vehicles automatic transmission basic request, compare with engineering vehicles work operating mode and automobile similarity. It has elaborated the existing engineering vehicles automatic transmission the control algorithm and its the characteristic, with the characteristic of hydraulic transmission, in detail it discuss shifting process with using the gearbox controls the hydraulic converter throughout to work in the high efficiency region possibility. It has established three parameters fuzzy automatic transmission schedule with the fuzzy control theory , It has produced the plan which three parameters fuzzy automatic transmission schedule.3. Analyze shifts quality for three parameters fuzzy automatic transmissionThe entire shift the process is analyzed according to the application principle of dynamic, it analyzes the impact reason that shift the process to produce and the smooth request when the engineering vehicles normally shift, the question which the process possibly appears is performed to discuss and put forward shift delay, gears delay method to solve cycle shift etc. Finally, to shift the quality to carry on the analysis, it has determined shift the quality appraisal target, the quality factor that influence engineering vehicles shift and the method which improves the quality of the shift is brought up.4. The control experiment system design based on PLC and HMIWith the request of three parameters fuzzy automatic transmission, the experiment control system design based on PLC and HMI, it has outlined automatic transmission hardware constitute by PLC and HMI.With performance of automatic transmission, introducing design of control system, it has the system hardware, software, the input and the output, the power source, the anti-jamming, the fuzzy algorithm PLC realization and so on.(1)Control system overall plan establishment, it mainly is forms according to three parameters fuzzy automatic transmission rule to establish a set of stability, reliable practical control system. It has outlined the control system design method and forms the control plan, the control system performance has been determined according to the analysis.(2)System hardware composition and corresponding processing method, it introduces the control hardware system and the control plan and communications principle between PLC and HMI with PLC and HMI principle of work, the sampling input signal like engine Rev, the turbine Rev, the throttle position electric circuit, the output driving electric circuit, the power- conversion circuit, the anti-jamming electric circuit has carried on.(3)System software analysis and important partial processing method, it has elaborated the control system overall software composition and fuzzy automatic transmission the rule in the PLC realization method with fuzzy transmission rule.. It has produced the programming technology which the PLC realization at the right moment controls and configuration method for the HMI display and the parameter setting. It has analyzed each kind of partial program, for example: The sampling subprogram and compensates the subprogram, shift delay and delay between shifts program etc.5.Automatic transmissiontest-bed experimentIt introduces the automatic transmission test-bed composition and the main technical parameter, the test equipment, the sensor installing the method and demarcating the process. It have finished the three parameters fuzzy automatic transmission experimental, and has carried on the analysis to the test result. It has proven automatic transmission rule accuracy, meanwhile the reliable of shift delay and delay of between shifts has been confirmed. It has produced the actual vehicles control program in this foundation, and it has built the technology base for the actual vehicle experiment.The dissertation put forward a three parameters fuzzy automatic transmission schedule, its correctness and reliability was proved by the experiments.it gives a reference for the engineering vehicle intelligentized control and provides the model for product of engineering vehicle automatic transmission...
