With the development of society economy and the increase in the number of automobile, market have a rising requirement on the automobile equipped automatic transmission and the automatic transmission in the car is on the growing popularity of the application. Urban public transport vehicles used in the traditional manual transmission car are able to meet the power and economy of the basic requirements, but there are shifting labor-intensive operation, the shift is not easy to grasp the best opportunity to shift the improper operation of traffic so that the unstable and Impact on comfort. As a result, these vehicles, the study which changes the structure of the manual transmission into automatic electronic control is very important.The article aim at the research on the engines used in the DongFeng Motor Corporation AMT research and development projects, testing and anglicizing the engine's torque characteristics and fuel consumption characteristics. According to the basic parameters of the test car, we explore the best power-shift schedule and the best economic shift schedule, at last, develop the comprehensive rules shift, which provide a basis for the development of follow-up automatic machine transmission electronic control system hardware and software. The Test shows that the vehicle equipped AMT is able to Travel in Ideal shift. In addition, we design the shift implementation of the election body which is simple in structure, reliable in work and good in use comparing with the election shift agencies of traditional manual transmission. More over, have a detailed analysis of the impact of Degree of impact and Sliding wear Gong on the speed of clutch Junction when the AMT car-like shift. We establish the control model with fuzzy control principle and design clutch Junction fuzzy controller to control the junction of clutch by MATLAB. The test shows that the Controller can control the Degree of impact and Sliding wear Gong effectively and ensure that the kind of car has good quality in shift.
