With the continuous acceleration of the construction of national railways and expressways,construction vehicles have been widely used in infrastructure construction.Problems such as harsh and complex working environment,drastic changes in load,and high work intensity restrict the development of construction vehicles.It is inevitable for drivers to frequently shift gears during work,which seriously affects work efficiency.Therefore,it is of great significance for the development of construction vehicles to realize the automatic transmission control of construction vehicles and make the shifting process more intelligent.Based on intelligent control,this paper designs and optimizes the automatic transmission controller of the engineering vehicle.The specific work is as follows:(1)Aiming at the problem of insufficient transmission efficiency during the operation of the construction vehicle,the working characteristics of the power transmission system of the construction vehicle are analyzed,and a mathematical model and a simulation model are established.The dynamic analysis of the engineering vehicle is carried out,and the dynamic simulation model of the engineering vehicle is built.In order to improve the transmission efficiency of the torque converter,the optimal shift point for the optimal energy-saving shift law is obtained.In order to improve the dynamic performance of the engineering vehicle under load,the optimal shifting point of the optimal dynamic shifting law is solved.(2)In order to realize the automatic transmission control of engineering vehicles,an automatic transmission controller based on four-parameter fuzzy control is designed,and its simulation model is built,and three typical working conditions are selected for simulation testing to verify the effect of the simulation model.The results show that the fuzzy controller can realize automatic gear shifting according to the operating parameters,but the efficiency curve fluctuates greatly,and the controller needs to be further optimized.(3)In order to improve the shifting control effect and optimize the efficiency curve,an automatic shifting controller based on fuzzy neural network is designed.Based on the algorithm to optimize the learning process of the neural network,the Golden Eagle algorithm is used to optimize the network parameters,and the simulation model of the fuzzy neural network controller is built,and the load condition is selected for the simulation test.The results show that the automatic transmission controller based on the fuzzy neural network has better shifting control effect than the fuzzy controller,which can effectively reduce the efficiency fluctuation and make the gear shifting more smooth.
