It is the first time to excavate undersea tunnel in Xiamen XiangAn of China. Lining crack design and analysis of the undersea tunnel have different key technology to the normal mountain tunnel, but in usual design and construction, they will not be considered as specialized problems. Forasmuch, considering the design experience of the Xiamen XiangAn undersea tunnel engineering, surrounding the problem of lining crack control of the undersea tunnel, intensive studies and systematic analysis are made on the form mechanism of undersea tunnel lining crack, the lining crack parameter computation module and lining model test, and the undersea tunnel lining temperature stress crack fuzzy-logical control system is established with fuzzy-logical theory. Combining with reliability theory, fuzzy-random reliability of the crack control is analyzed. The major work of this research is as follows:(1) The crack problem of the undersea tunnel can attribute to the concrete's self properties, country rock stress, outer water pressure, environment condition like temperature and humidity, etc, and concrete construction and curing technology. Based on the causes of formation of lining crack and its law of development of 44 tunnels, the form mechanism of undersea tunnel lining crack is analyzed with data mining theory, logic-diagnose theory and rough set theory, and there is a specimen given to illustrate the feasibility of the analysis.(2) The paper discussed the development and evolution rule of the reinforced concrete bias voltage components' cracks by the related model tests, the crack patulous width, patulous velocity and acceleration of the components under load are analyzed, and then the development tendency and stability of cracks can be judged, and according to it, the reasonable and available measures of crack control can be put forward in order that crack limiting design of the undersea tunnel can be carried on.(3) Combining with actual situations of several kinds of standard used in the current highway tunnel design, the paper analyzes the certain questions when the formula of tunnel lining structural cracks parameter is applied in the computation of undersea tunnel lining.
