In recent years,with the rapid development of expressway in China,the proportion of tunnels is increasing in the construction of expressway.The tunnel is a relatively closed special section of the highway.During the process of driving in the tunnel,various pollutants such as carbon monoxide,nitrogen oxides and smoke are emitted,which will have a great impact on traffic safety and will endanger the physical health of drivers and passengers.In order to purify the air in the tunnel and ensure that the vehicle has a good driving environment in the tunnel,it is necessary to use mechanical ventilation and rely on the jet fan units installed in the tunnel to control the concentration of pollutants in the tunnel within a safe range.At the present stage,the common ventilation control methods of the tunnels are difficult to take into account both the safety and energy saving of tunnel ventilation.Therefore,it is of practical and important significance to study a reasonable control strategy to optimize the tunnel ventilation control system.Based on the background of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge undersea tunnel project,this paper proposes a tunnel ventilation energy-saving control scheme based on fuzzy control.Firstly,this paper elaborated the necessity and purpose of ventilation in highway tunnels.It introduced the tunnel ventilation methods and the tunnel ventilation control methods.It also analyzed the research status and development trend of the tunnel ventilation methods,and introduced the basic situation of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge undersea tunnel.Then,the mathematical model for the tunnel ventilation system was established to establish a theoretical foundation and data support for the design of tunnel ventilation fuzzy control system.Secondly,the tunnel ventilation fuzzy control system was designed based on the actual parameters of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge undersea tunnel project.Because of the main pollutants in the tunnel are relatively independent,three mutually independent fuzzy logic controllers are designed:CO concentration fuzzy logic controller,NOx concentration fuzzy logic controller and VI concentration fuzzy logic controller.The error of each pollutant's actual concentration and design concentration value and its error variation amount are taken as the input.Through the fuzzy inference operation of each fuzzy logic controller,the number of jet fan groups needing to be increased or decreased are taken as the output.Select the larger of the three fuzzy logic controllers as the output of the system to adjust the working status of the jet fan group in the tunnel.Finally,the tunnel ventilation fuzzy control system is simulated under MATLAB and Simulink environment.The analysis of the simulation results shows that the control method used in this paper is effective and feasible.
