With the rapid development of national economy and the implementation of the western development strategy.Tunnel scheme is widely used in highway construction.However,the disease of the tunnel is more and more.Tunnel crack is a common disease in tunnel construction and operation.Also the main reason of tunnel seepage and other diseases.In this paper.Based on the problem of lining cracking and leakage water.The optimal matching ratio of polymer cementitious materials suitable for tunnel lining structure is selected.And the bonding performance and repair effect of polymer cementitious materials under three conditions are discussed.The main findings and conclusions are as follows:(1)The simulation platform of crack diagnosis and treatment of tunnel lining structure.Which can simulate the continuous stress cracking of tunnel lining and different degree of seepage.To test the material properties and repair effect of crack repair under different factors.(2)Through the determination of the bond flexural strength and compressive strength and setting time of the mixture ratio of different factors.To analyze the influence of each factor on the bonding performance of geopolymer cementitious material.Summarizes the function of each material to geopolymer cementitious material.And gets the best mix ratio of the lining crack repair material.And the XRD and SEM diffraction contrast test of geopolymer cementitious materials.The material has high strength,good bonding performance,fast setting time and good compactness,which can meet the requirements of the repairing materials for the cracks in the tunnel.(3)Through the crack diagnosis and treatment simulation platform of tunnel lining structure.The tensile strength of polymer cementitious material was tested.The 7 day bond tensile strength reached 1.33 MPa,28 days bond tensile strength reached 1.91 MPa.The bond tensile strength of the repair material can meet the tensile demand as a tunnel crack repair material.(4)Through the test.It is found that water leakage has a certain effect on its bond performance.Resulting in the bond performance of the upper part of bonding surface decreases.with time.The effect of water on the repair material decreases gradually.And after a certain time.Geopolymer cementitious material has some waterproof ability.After 6 hours of condensation.The adhesive tensile strength of the material has no effect basically.After 12 hours of condensation.The leakage of the material has no effect on the bond tensile strength.
