The superstructure is always built on the frame structure with large-area thick raft under the conditions of the rapid development of cities, the utilization of underground space and diversification functions. It is especially significant to study the interactions of superstructures, large-area thick raft and soil.Some achievements of study and applications in engineering of contact pressure and deformation of simple superstructures such as rectangle structures or circular structures with the large-area raft foundation were obtained. In actual engineering, the plane shapes are various and the L-shape or similar superstructures are used diffusely. Contrast to the simple superstructures, L-shape superstructures' plan layout and transfer approach of principal building load is special. Internal force of structure is more complicated caused by the uniform deformation of foundation. There are two different direction flexibilities at the corner of the L-shape instead of single direction flexibility. And, the superstructures of L-shape are generally designed different higlinesses. Therefore, calculate the interactions of superstructures, large-area thick raft and soil becomes more difficult by integral analysis method.Studies on the interactions of frame structures with large-area thick raft under the L-shape superstructure and soil were processed by the numbers based on large simulated tests in this paper, which indicated that the deformation center and the contact pressure center of frame structure with large-area thick raft and soil under vertical load of L-shape superstructure is near the corner of L-shape and spreads around. The contact pressure can transfer only two spans of the annexes. The local inclination of raft foundation under the annexes between two wings of L-shape tall building is biggish which is affected by bidirectional loads action. This area is the failure zone will be happened because of big local incline. Combined with the actual engineering, the combined analysis method based on principle of superposition to calculate the deformation and contact pressure of frame structure with large thick raft under L-shape superstructure or similar is reasonable through the contrast of numerical analysis and the results of tests.
