Aero-engine performance seeking control(PSC) is one of the most important aspects of integrated flight/propulsion control. The integrated information of plane and engine is used by PSC to improve the engine's performance. The purpose of this dissertation is to study the issue of performance seeking control.In Chapter 1, a general introduction of PSC system is introduced with a brief description of the previous research work. In the next chapter, some necessary knowledges including the aero-engine modeling, the online adaptive model and several PSC optimization modes are introduced in detail. In Chapter 3, linear programming is introduced and used as the core algorithm in a kind of turbo-fan aero-engine's online performance seeking control system. Four different experiment platforms are built to check the benefit of PSC. To solve the problems found in the experiment of PSC system using LP, Sequential Quadratic Programming(SQP) is used in chapter 4. Digital simulation experiment results show that SQP works better in optimizing aero-engine performance. Chapter 5 introduces the new quantum algorithm. Several methods are taken to improve its convergence. Quantum algorithm is theoretically proved to be convergent on the aspect of probability theory and mathematical statistics. In the next chapter, the improved quantum algorithm is used in aero-engine control system which includes improving thrust in the maximum thrust mode, decreasing sfc the minimum specific fuel comsumption mode and optimizing PID controller's parameters. In Chapter 7 , new version of computer for optimization is designed to overcome the old one's shortcoming, it contains double CPUs. The last Chapter is the conclusion of this dissertation.
