The overall performance of airplane and aero-engine can be optimized by applying the technology of Integrated Flight / Propulsion Control (IFPC) in a optimization computer, where the modified control instructions is calculated for the engine controller based on the informations from the airplane and the aero-engine.Through appending the asynchronous communications element (ACE) TL16C554 and updating Complex Programmable Logic Device (CPLD), the first edition optimization computer which processor is TMS320VC33 DSP is improved greatly. And the result of Hardware-in-Loop simulation indicates that serial communication can satisfy the optimization computer requirements.In order to increase operation speed and integrate degree of optimization computer, the two-core hardware frame in which TMS320C6713 and TMS320F2812 are adopted is presented in this paper. At the same time Detailed circuit design and particular principle machine design are given too. Then researched the software design process based on the computer of double DSP and maded a series of experiments about SCI serial communication and HPI communication. The result of these experiments indicates that the two-core hardware frame could enhance operation speed and the stability of the computer remarkably.
