Scalable batch manufacturing is a kind of production mode, which can be regulated rapidly according to variety and batch. Considering the charicteristics of automatic weapon development and production, a new mode, scalable batch manufacturing, is put forward to fit the industry demand today for manufacture task and manufacture condition, so that we could resolve problems peoperly in production management, making production flexible, reducing prepare time, and realizing conversion between vary variety and batch.The characteristics of production and technics of weapon are analyzed in this dissertation. Three key problems are pointed out in weapon manufacturing. Firstly, throughput is affluent in peacetime but lack in wartime. Secondly, equipment flexibleness is good but costs greatly. Thirdly, manufacturing system is steady but production type is varity. So the basic theory, execution strategy and key technology of scalable batch manufacturing of automatic weapon are systematically studied. The theory frame of the scalable batch production of the automatic weapon is put forward. The background, connotation and extension of the scalable batch production pattern are discussed thoroughly. The related basic theory and key technology is concluded. The concepts of scalable batch in broad sense and narrow sense are brought forward. Taking production line control, reconfigurable manufacturing system and mobilization production as modules, the support frame system for scalable batch manufacturing of automatic weapon is built, and operation mode and measurement target are advanced. The relation is stated clearly among the scalable batch production, other production patterns and the advanced manufacture technology. The mobilization production is the utmost pattern of the scalable batch production, whose key technology includes mobilization database construction, reconfigurable technical process and optimization scheme between working procedure and equipment.It is the guide of this paper giving priority to logic reconstruct and supplement to physics reconstruct. Based on the recombination theory and the configuration principle, the concept of the working procedure recombination is proposed, and a series of questions are discussed in detail, such as the essence, connotation, premise and basic principles of the working procedure recombination.The evolution relations are detailed of the reorganization working procedure, logical process procedure, feasible process procedure and best process line. In this dissertation the optimization pattern of key equipment recourses restriction is proposed. Making use of Fuzzy mathematics, the qualitative target can be changed into quantitative one. So the equipment integration capability model is established. Adding dummy work and replacing negative element with positive one, a special assignment problem can be changed into a general assignment problem, and the process of certification is given. By Hungary Algorithm, the key equipment and important working procedure achieves a reasonable match in the range of the whole process line. The model can adapt to different batch production through adjusting the weight and transferring the different level database of equipment. Corresponding three levels of the mobilization production including peacetime, sudden increase and quick mobilization, the evaluation goal system of the technological procedure is discussed. Based on graph theory, maximum independent set is studied to resolve the conflict routes when using same equipment. The parallel technological process is separated. The dynamic single-target and multi-target evaluation model is established respectively with a set of parallel technological processes as the evaluation cell.Finally, it is shown as the example that the theory and method of the working procedure recombination can meet the needs of the reconfigurable technical process, and the improved Hungary Algorithm is able to satisfy the matching demands between the equipment and the working procedure. The results indicate that the evaluation model reached the target of estimating and selecting the excellent scheme, and met the needs of the different production backgrounds. So the basic theory, modeling technology and algorithm tool proposed in this dissertation can solve practical problems with accuracy and validity. The research accommodates to the request of industry development, and provides reference to the realization of the automatic weapon developmental strategy goal successfully.
