In recent years,with the increasing amount of aerospace manufacturing projects,and the reasing conflicts of the existing key equipments,the high-skilled personnel and the long solidified functional work of thinking,and behavioral habits such as “student syndromes” “Pakinson’s Law”,those made it difficult to achieve the goal of making the delivery on time and seriously restrict the economic profitability of enterprise.It’s urgent for the project managers to explore a set of project schedule management methods that’s matchable with the company’s own production capacity.The smooth delivery of the batch production of MAO manufacturing project is of vital importance to the transformation and development of the company.Through researching and using crtical chain to carry out the progress management of the project,the smooth delivery of this project was finally realized.Firstly,the theoretical basis of the progress management of engineering manufacturing projects was reorganized.Secondly,it is compared between the method of critical path,program evaluation and review technique and the method of critical chain.Taking the schedule management of the batch production of MAO manufacturing project as the researching object,By studying and analyzing the current situation of the company’s progress management,the existing problems and the causes of these problems are summarized.It can be conclude that the method of critical chain is the way to solve these problems.As long as the process of batch production of MAO manufacturing project,the method of critical chain was applied in detail with the help of software project 2010.Aimed at recognizing the critical chain,heuristic algorithm was used to redistributing resources which were conflict;and the method of risk elasticity coefficient was applied to determine the size of buffer;and finally through the three color monitoring method of the progress that made the project implementation into a system of dynamic management,Combining with the actual situation of the enterprise,the experience of method of schedule management of the batch-production of MAO manufacturing project were promoted to help other manufacturing projects under a suitable set of method of making process plan and controlling the actual progress,and the type and division of the structure of project organization were expounded at last.By using the method of critical chain to the plan and control of the schedule management of batch production of MAO manufacturing project,under the constraints of equipments,human resources,which took the risk of delay of process management into account,through setting and monitoring the buffer,it was effectively guaranteed the progress of the batch production of MAO manufacturing project.This application provides related experiences to other aerospace batch manufacturing project.
