Laser short range fixed distance technology is very important in promoting theweapons target-injuring efficiency. Because of the high power, good quality of beam, andstrong anti-jamming capability, laser makes the weapon system having the high ratio inhitting the target, and plays more and more significant role in modern battle. Laser shortrange fixed distance technology is becoming the research hotspot around the world. Thisdissertation takes the general ammunition forward laser fixed distance as background andhigh speed ammunition as reseach object(velocity≥700m/s), the design rule and theimplementation technique of laser short range fixed distance system are systematicallyresearched.In the sections of the design theories, four types of function mechanism of laserfixed distance are discussed so that the adoption criterion is put out. In the research onthe swing theory of pulsed laser system located on the head of empennage circumgyratebomb, the rules of swing error are gained; besides the sending system model of laserdiode, the reflect charteristic of object, the receiving system and the signal processingsystem are all anaysised deeply; and lightlength influent math model in laser beamtransmission is established for the warhead shockwave in supersound velocity, numericalvalue simulation is processed for the lightlength influence under the middle or lowvelocity, and verifying tests are anaysised in the wind tunnel.In the sections of the technique implementation, the mechanism of pulse phaseidentification; the laser range finding technology of high frequcnce counter based onFPGA, the LD power technology of narrow pulse width high power, and anti-impacttechnology of the optical system are all researched, laser proximity fuze control circuitand fuze structure have been designed for general ammunition, fuze samples are applied.To kinds of colophony material, we reseached their optical and other characters, broughtforward firstly over-loading dependability of PC colophony material, and triumphantlytested verfying the over-loading dependability of PC≥45000g. Film-plating technics oflens are anaysised, and PC material is firstly used as the base patch for the system laserband-pass filter film, and the technics of PC colophony low temperature film plating iscollaborately successful, met the needs of designing applications.At last, a series of dynamic shot experiment of system antitype sample are tested,lots of experimental data are acquired. Under the analysis of the test result and the data,high reference value is gained for the developing laser short range fixed distance system.
