| The application of bar code scanner is becoming more and more popular as the development of science and technology. But with the increasing of working distance:the scanning efficiency of current single point imaging barcode scanner system is limited by bandwidth due to light electricit sensor in the case of data reading is guaranteed; the decrease of utilization rate of light energy using linear array or array barcode imaging system results in poor signal-to-noise ratio of the received signal. These technical bottlenecks above restrict the barcode scanner working distance heavily.In order to improve the working distance of barcode scanners and improve the utilization rate of light energy as well, this paper provides reliable distance parameter to adjust the barcode scanner angular rate or scanning angle on the base of pulse laser ranging, and provide a scheme for improvement of phase focus range.This paper overcomes the issues of pulse laser ranging statistic algorithm efficiency problem and accuracy of timing conflict, as well as the discrepancies of accuracy requirements under different working distance, and thus further improving the efficiency of barcode scanner of telecommuting.After theoretical analysis as well as scheme establishment, this paper carries on the circuit design, debugging and error analysis to prived a reliable reference for the long distance adaptive depth distance laser barcode scanner. |
