When an aeroengine is working,its high-speed rotating turbine blades are subjected to high temperature and stress.Real-time monitoring of the temperature and stress of the turbine blades can provide important technical support for the development of aeroengines.When the turbine blades rotate at a high speed,the temperature and stress parameters need to be transmitted to the ground device wirelessly.At the same time,the aero-engine not only generates high temperature,but also generates complex electromagnetic noise during operation.However,the traditional electromagnetic coupling wireless transmission method is easy to transmit.In view of this,this article uses laser wireless transmission to transmit the data on the turbine rotor to the ground.At the same time,the data transmission module is designed to simulate the structure of thermal protection.The main contents are as follows:(1)In response to the application environment requirements of the wireless laser data transmission module,a thermal protection structure that combines external heat insulation protection and internal honeycomb phase change heat storage is designed.The structure first blocks the high temperature of the external environment through the heat insulation material,and secondly,the heat generated by the electronic device is stored in the phase change material to realize the thermal protection function through the phase change material.Finally,it is verified by simulation that the composite thermal protection structure can make the electronic equipment work continuously for 60 minutes in a high temperature environment of 250℃ and the temperature of the equipment itself does not exceed 80℃ during operation,which verifies the feasibility of the composite thermal protection structure.(2)Analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of contact transmission,radio transmission and wireless laser transmission,adopted the overall technical scheme of the rotating part data transmission module based on wireless laser data transmission,and introduced the technical approaches of each component.The laser diode drive and photodetector amplifier circuit are designed to realize data conversion and recovery.At the same time,the installation structure for wireless laser data transmission equipment in a rotating environment is designed to ensure reliable data transmission.Finally,it is verified through experiments that the wireless laser data transmission module can achieve error-free data transmission at a rate of 18Mbit/s under a transmission distance of 50 cm,and the feasibility of the wireless laser short-range communication data transmission module is verified.In summary,the wireless short-range laser communication designed in this paper is suitable for the transmission of temperature and stress parameters of aero-engine turbine blades.At the same time,the designed thermal protection structure can ensure the normal operation of electronic equipment in a high-temperature environment.
