The low level of manufacturing information and the extensive management manner have become the severe barriers to the development of our manufacturing enterprises.The project is supported by the National High-Tech. R&D Program for CIMS "development of the manufacturing ASP Platform to rebound the northeast old industrial base of China" (Grant No. 2003AA414022) and the Cooperative Lean Production Program of Dalian University of Technology and Dalian Refrigeration Co. Ltd. The main research includes the configuration, pivotal techniques and technologies of the modern manufacturing system, which supports the information constructing and lean production. Integrated the methodologies research in theory into experimentation research on computer the manufacturing ASP platform is achived. The production collaborative design system and job-shop production logistics lean planning system based on the ASP platform are contrived.Firstly, the engendering background, research evolution and the existing problems of networked manufacturing ASP are analyzed. Secondly, the matter of the production design and job-shop production logistics planning of our manufacturing enterprises is discussed. Finally, the production collaborative design and job-shop production logistics lean planning research based on ASP Mode are conceived.The design and implementation of networked manufacturing ASP platform lay the foundation for our work and the latter research. Firstly, the total requirements of our manufacturing enterprises to ASP platform are analyzed and then the function of the system is ascertained. Secondly, the general design of the system is accomplished and a B/S mode information configuration framework is devised. Moreover, a detailed working flowchart model based on MAS theory is established. Finally, Utilize UML to denote the function of the system and to explain the application process of the software service offered by the system.Manufacture professional services that the ASP platform provided mainly include two aspects. One is that the system ensured the customer to achieve production collaborative design. The other one is that the system realized job-shop production logistics lean planning, which includes the job-shop material lean scheduling and the production line lean layout.The function, structure and run regulations of the collaborative design system are discussed in the research of collaborative design system based on ASP platform. A networked configuration model and a conformation model of the system are built. Utilize Petri net to denote the cooperative design progress and CPN net to explain the collaboration work. The program configuration of the system is analyzed, and the software constitution model of the system is built. The database design and the security guarantee of the system are discussed. The article also discussed the function realization and the key techniques actualization of the system. The research described above has exerted great guidance to the construction of the cooperative design system, which is applied in Dalian Sanyo Refrigeration Co. Ltd.Job-shop material lean scheduling research based on ASP Mode mainly studied the heavy manufacturing enterprises job-shop material handling problem and finally settled on a solution to the problem through the ASP platform. Abstract the requests for load and unload together with handling service of the work areas as the requests queue problem. Job-shop material lean scheduling research mainly includes the research of the initialization universal response scheduling based on Genetic Algorithm and the study of the material lean scheduling algorithm and simulation model. A simulation model of the system based on queue theory and the lean production principium is built. The simulation system is developed and realized on ASP platform. Through the crane lean scheduling case of Dalian Refrigeration Co. Ltd, elicit the rules of target values, which include the maximum latency time, total latency time of all the work area, the answer times and the total moving distance of the material-handling equipment in a working day, changing along with the given descriptive variables, which include peration hours, handling service hours, and the original arrival time of the requests of the work areas. The impact of two main random factors as the operation hour and the handling device service hour is considered in the research. Finally, a simulation analysis is performed to compare the new job-shop material lean scheduling precept with the traditional scheduling methods. The ultimate simulation results showed that the designed new scheduling method is superior to the conventional ones evidently.Research on ASP oriented production line lean layout system includes three steps. Firstly, build the configuration model, the process model and function model of the system. A production line lean layout system is achieved based on penetrating with optimized layout design mathematics model. Secondly, a U-shaped line balancing model is advanced. Finally, according to the production line lean layout scheme and optimization procedure, standard operation regulations are constituted.The purpose of the research is to enrich the theories of the manufacturing system specialization service ASP oriented and to improve the enterprise information methods based on networked manufacturing ASP mode and lean management pattern. The research offers a feasible pathway for information industry constructing of Chinese manufacturing enterprises.
