| With the popularization of lean and just in time production in major enterprises and the upgrading of industrial structure during the 13 th five year plan,China’s manufacturing industry has entered a stage of rapid development.Now,as the sales of domestic fuel vehicles and new energy vehicles are gradually increasing,it can be seen that the automobile manufacturing industry has become one of the important industries to improve the national economy,and the demand for harness production equipment is also increasing in the process of automobile harness production.In order to stand out in this fierce market competition environment,major harness equipment manufacturers are faced with the problem of how to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.The key to solve this problem is to combine lean thinking with production system,so as to improve production efficiency,increase production capacity and reduce the inventory of WIP.In the production process of harness equipment,whether the materials can be supplied on time and accurately has a great impact on the production efficiency and production capacity.It is necessary to reasonably optimize the production logistics system.Factory A is a manufacturer of automobile harness equipment,mainly producing twisting machine,stranding machine,wire feeder and take-up machine.As an important link in the harness equipment production system,logistics has a good logistics operation system,which can effectively improve the production efficiency and reduce the production cost.Therefore,it is necessary to reasonably optimize the production logistics system of factory a.As the area with the most logistics activities in the harness production process,the assembly line is the most important part of the production logistics system optimization.This paper analyzes the current situation of factory A,and finds some problems,such as too long product production cycle,serious logistics intersection,too much material accumulation on the line,low production efficiency and so on.In order to solve the existing problems of factory A and complete the optimization of production logistics system,this paper studies the relevant achievements of lean logistics,production logistics system,the combination prediction of grey prediction model and Markov chain,and the layout optimization model of factory A based on genetic algorithm.The product demand of factory A is obtained through research,and the optimization scheme of assembly line and general layout of factory a is designed.The distribution of each station of the optimized assembly line and the plane layout of factory A are drawn.Finally,the effectiveness and enforceability of the optimization results are compared with the initial production efficiency.The production logistics system of the factory in the manufacturing enterprise has a significant impact on the enterprise.This paper provides method guidance for the optimization of the production logistics system of the manufacturing industry,and provides a case reference for improving the production efficiency of the enterprise. |
