| Networked Manufacturing is an new methods in which manufacturing enterprises carry out productive activities in the Internet environment. There is no obstacles of the geographical space for the production and operation of enterprises in Networked Manufacturing. The new manufacturing pattern has proposed the new challenge to logistics system, which should have a high degree of agility to achieve the effective integration of the various resources in the logistics supply chain by Internet for the optimization of logistics business in a region, a national or the global context, that is the virtual logistics management.For the topic of the virtual logistics management in Networked Manufacturing, this paper focus on several key technologies such as the concept and its architecture of logistics grid, freight loading service, distribution optimization services, and customer value analysis services of logistics grid based on the relevant theory and methods.Chapter 1 points out the primary research content and organizing structure of this paper after analyzing the evolution of virtual logistics management, the problems of traditional logistics network, and the need of solving these problems by grid service technique.Chapter 2 analyzes the requirement feature, the mode of operation and the process model of virtual logistics management from its basic definition firstly. Secondly, proposes the concept of logistics grid based on the comparative analysis of the similarities between logistics network and grid, establishes the architecture of logistics grid, including the service-oriented grid hierarchical model, the information structure model, and the knowledge service model of logistics grid.Chapter 3 studies the integration and optimization of logistics resources in grid environment for the freight loading service and establishes the freight loading grid service model based on the mechanism of resource agent. On the basis of this model, provides a dynamic loading algorithm for the resources classification match of goods and vehicles based on the strategy of owner priority and the on-line batch mode, and the further research on the technology of reverse auction pricing mechanism.Chapter 4 studies the real-time optimization technology of the regional logistics delivery in grid environment. First, a distribution grid service model is presented to solve the problems of real-time distribution optimization using grid computing techniques. Then, the application structure of optimization computing is proposed based on the genetic algorithm for the solving of vehicle routing problems with time windows (VRPTW). Finally, the genetic algorithm is designed, and a preliminary experimental results is given.In chapter 5, the data mining model and its application are researched for the logistics customer value analysis in grid environment. Firstly, we establish the metadata-driven grid data mining model based on the analysis of distributed data mining technology, Then a fuzzy clustering algorithm is developed for logistics customer classification and evaluation.Chapter 6 discusses the application of logistics grid techniques mentioned above and a Prototype has been developed. The system design and implementation are also discussed.In chapter 7, all the achievements of the thesis are summarized and the further research work is sketched out. |
