Research On Siting And Building Strategic Loading Stations Of Railway Logistics Sytem

With the rapid development of national economy, rail transport is increasingly becoming a bottleneck restricting economic development. As an important part of the strategic logistics system, loading point’s rational siting and efficient investment and construction can improve the overall effectiveness of the logistics system, it can advance the centralization of freight, optimal allocation of railway productivity, thus promoting the development of national economy. Therefore, in order to maximize the effectiveness of strategic loading point, strategic loading investment and construction must follow the correct principle and achieve rational siting.This paper uses a combination method of the theory and practice of investment and building, made the following conclusions:1.Through the theoretical analysis of strategic loading point and logistic system, combining the domestic and foreign current research status of strategic loading point, analyzing the relationship of strategic loading point and logistics system, and summed up the importance of strategic loading point and positive role in the logistics system.2.This paper analysis the status of building strategic loading point objective, through dissecting the common problems of the building of strategic loading point, summed up four principles of building strategic loading point which must be followed, and apply the SWOT theory and analysis of building program to enrich the building and investment of strategic loading point.3. In order to achieve the purpose of rational siting, the paper starting with the basic principles, specific demands in layout of strategic loading point, combined with the actual, detailed measures and rational siting were given.4. Based on the standard evaluation system, the paper achieved a reasonable site of the selected strategic loading point, built the structure of the loading point evaluation system effective, and hierarchically promoted the implementation of the evaluation system5. Taking Songjiazhuang strategic loading point for an example,the paper analyses the siting factors with SWOT theory, applicated the evaluation system of the strategic loading point, pointed the building program of Songjiazhuang strategic loading point, provides relevant theoretical basis and practical experience for the other strategic loading points.
