The issue of automobile spare manufacturing enterprise workshop production scheduling problem involves in how to allocate resource and realize workshop production scheduling optimization in workshop production work process. From the point of view of mathematic model, on the basis of satisfying manufacture system performance index, available manufacture resources set is distributed to workshop production process task set according to time constraint. It behaves as objective function is optimized under manufacturing constraint, it is a broad sense constrained optimization problem, namely, under satisfying a certainty production specifications and workshop manufacture resource constraint, ascertain wrought partial processing sequence, process path, the time of process beginning and finishing. Owing to the complexity of workshop manufacturing system, the randomness of manufacturing environment influencing factor, the objective diversity of production process and workshop production scheduling, it resulted in the complexity and difficulty of workshop production scheduling problem. Based on considering the dynamic, multiple objective and complexity of workshop scheduling problem, all kinds of effect factors which influence workshop production scheduling are discussed, and workshop production scheduling performance evaluation theory and application is studied penetratingly in the paper.First of all, automobile spare manufacturing enterprise workshop production style, mode of production and production flow, workshop production scheduling and enterprise management systematic relations, system function model of workshop production scheduling are discussed. Workshop manufacturing system usually acts like discrete production mode, has the character of multi-resource, multiple product middle or small batch, and combination with MTO (Make to order) and MTS (Make to store) mixed mode for automobile spare manufacturing process. The system function model of workshop production scheduling is made up of production event concourse, reflects the functional logic relationship between workshop manufacture resources and workshop production process assignments.Secondly, from the beginning of workshop production scheduling system function model manufacture resource harmony model and workshop production scheduling problem mathematical model is set up by considering workshop manufacture resources interaction and harmony, and from the foundation of constituting manufacturing system static or dynamic scheduling model,a series of preliminary models are established and are extended workshop production scheduling static and dynamic model on the basis of foundation model by adopting Petri net modeling method. Workshop production process optimization model, the best initial workpiece input amount optimization and transgenic foreword-amount optimization in shop is put forward under considering workshop manufacture resources and constraint condition.Thirdly, in allusion to the uncertain factors existing in the production scheduling of manufacturing workshop, both from uncertain factors of manufacturing resources in the workshop and uncertain factors of external environment of workshop, correlative quantitative analysis and evaluation mathematical model are established and the strategy of controlling uncertain factors of production scheduling in workshop is also discussed.Finally, the performance parameter of manufacturing system, the performance evaluation of production scheduling, the emulation evaluation problem of production scheduling reliability and production scheduling performance and reliability in shop and related mathematical model is established respectively. On this basis of above theory analysis, an emulation evaluation system of production scheduling system performance and reliability in shop is developed and practical case of production scheduling in shop in certain automobile parts manufacturing establishment is adopted to carry out computer simulation and application verification.
