This dissertation focuses on the testing system with stronger universality, simpler operation, higher precision and automation, faster detection speed for the tracked vehicle hydro-mechanical continuous variable transmission (HMCVT). Its research background is based on the Development of hydro-mechanical continuously variable transmission of tractor which belongs to an Innovation Fund Project for University Prominent Research Talents in Henan province and the Vehicle new type driveline test-bed which is a key specialty project of Henan University of Science & Technology.In the dissertation, the current researching status of the vehicle driveline measuring and testing technology is systematically depicted. The principle, performance and the measuring and testing characteristics of the new type tracked vehicle transmission called HMCVT are analyzed. The evaluation method on the HMCVT's performance is put forward. At the same time, according to the concerned national and industrial engineering standard and the evaluation method on the HMCVT's performance, the measuring and controlling parameters of the HMCVT's performance testing are analyzed; the testing system for the tracked vehicle's HMCVT is designed.The engine, which provides the power for the testing system, is the main part of the performance test. The automatic control of the engine has important effect on the automation controlling with higher precision during the test process. With the theory of the neural network, the mathematical models on the relation of the engine output torque, rev, and the throttle opening are established, which settled the foundation for the engine automatic control. Based on the analysis on the working methods and the throttle controlling principle of the engine, the control strategy of the PID engine throttle opening adjusted by the BP neural networks is put forward, furthermore, the system controlling software is compiled.According to the characteristics of the tracked vehicle's running and working resistance, and its driveline, the continuous loading model for the testing system is established. In order to improve the response speed of the eddy current dynamometer, the predictive control technique based on the dynamic characteristic of the eddy current dynamometer is researched, and its control model based on the genetic algorithm is established, the simulation of the vehicle's running resistance in the testing system is realized.During the research on how to improve the measuring precision of the sensor, the temperature sensor's nonlinear characteristic is analyzed, and the temperature sensor's nonlinear compensation model based on SVM is established. The idea of using data fusion technique to advance the HMCVT temperature testing precision is put forward and the self-adaptive weighted data fusion algorithm model is set up. After that, the distribute factors during the course of hydraulic pressure measurement is analyzed, and the fusion rules based on the fitting equation for the notability test technology is established. The test data registration in the HMCVT hydraulic pressure measurement is carried out, and the validity of the fusion rules and the matrix is tested through the pressure test. Finally, the quasi-accuracy measurement to the rotate speed is carried out in allusion to the large variety of the rotate speed.The principle of the hardware structure of the signal collection and the data processing system is analyzed, the software technology in the test system is investigated, and the test software is compiled based on virtual instrument technology. In order to improve the test precision, the torque sensor demarcate equipment is designed, the demarcation and the error correction to the torque sensor is carried out. In the testing system, the measurement and compensation of the internal resistance is given out and the measurement precision is also researched. The error distribution and the compounding method of the testing system are analyzed, and the data testing precision model of the testing system is established.The tests on the stepless speed regulating characteristics of the HMCVT in the above-mentioned testing system indicate that the system can meet the characteristics test needs and is with higher stability and precision.
