The Research On Testing System Of Locomotive Ride Quality Based On Technology Of VI

To adapt the fast development of market economy, five times large-scale speed up has been done on main railways in our country.The ride comfort and servies quality are requested to improve,and the ride quality and safety of the locomotive have to face more trail.So the test of dynamics becomes more important and more higher request is asked to the testing instrument. VI(Virtual Instrument) is becoming to be the direction of test instrument with the rapid development of computer and software technology.This subject makes full use of advantage of technology of VI,and researchs the testing system on ride quality of locomotive in theory.Firstly,this thesis explains briefly the development of the testing technology and testing instrument,the technology of VI and LabVIEW.Then it narrates the researching theory on testing system of ride quality.The testing system is based on compute as hardware platform,and combinated by LabVIEW software platform,the signal processing instruments and the data acquisition instruments.This thesis empolder the testing system of ride quality by technology of VI and computer.It can finish the data acquisition,the data processing and displaying result.Besides,it can process the data visually and synchronously.Meantime the testing efficiency is enhanced ,and the testing cost is reduced.
