Research Of Unclear Ethics Based On Unclear Security And Development

Nuclear exploition is a human practice with great value and risk. It not only supplies us with useful resources but also greatly affects our security and fate .Many value and ethical problems need the involvement of nuclear ethics. Traditional nuclear ethics results from solving the problem of "nuclear war and moralizy" its subject is "nuclear hazards and moralizy". Moreover, it has not kept pace with the development of human nuclear practice,and its contents and methodology do not adapt to the practical needs of nuclear exploitation. Therefore,it needs to be improved and reestabblished.The following is the practical foundation of reestablished nuclear ethics. The crucial point of nuclear exploitation is security,while "human error" is the main element influencing the nuclear security, and the core is humanity-the good and evil ,the responsibility,and the conscience of human nature. This fact badly needs the nuclear ethics to come into being. Meanwhile ,it raises the new time subject and mission: to ensure the nuclear security. According to this time subject, we have reestablished the nuclear ethics. Firstly , analyze and illustrate the problem of good and evil existing in the nuclear exploitation.secondly,according to its practical mission, analyze and point out that its basic theory is responsibility ethics, its assessment mode is "aims-measures -results", and its main function is nuclear security. Meanwhile, analyze and summarize five basic principles of nuclear ethics to ersure nuclear security.The value of thery is its practical function. Thus , in the end of this thesis, I have studied the practice of nuclear ethics from the perspective of nuclear politics, nuclear economics and nuclear science and technology,etc . we should try to put the nuclear ethics into practice in these areas and ensure that the nuclear develops safely.
