The Research On Design Method Of Architecture Ethics

Architecture is humanistic. Architecture is the space which used for the necessity of human's material and mental activities. However, there is a more important hidden function in architecture besides these ones——the mapped effect and feedback to the society. So architecture has the function of ethic. The paramountcy of ethic is a distinct character of Chinese traditional culture. The religion and ethic impress heavily in Chinese traditional architectural culture. At present, we are surrounded by the international circumstance, China progresses in the multi-culture's impact and blend, the traditional opinion of ethic has changed in our modern society. The architecture, which bears the societal function, also reflects the change of this ethical opinion. Architecture ethics is a new architectonics that born in this trend of ethical opinion change. Architecture psychology is a new architectonics subjects which grew and progressed in recent years. Environment ethics is an important branch of applied ethics. Based on the research results of these two new subjects, this dissertation tried to find some principles and academic directions. It stressed on the research method of architecture ethic, used the research results of academic ethics and applied ethics in the architectural design domain. With the architectonics'character, it began from the attitude man to nature, the ethic and social relationship man to man, probed into the ethical problem in architectural development and practice. This dissertation structured the architectural designing way that based on the architecture ethics academically, in order to use the modern ethics to guide the architectural design. Though modern architectural designing way is becoming more and more mature, it doesn't refer to the ethical design too much. Modern society demands complicated and changefully design, but it can't reach. So the research of architectural ethical design principle is a necessary research direction in architecture ethics, a necessity of architectural subject structure in 21 century, and a new exploring road of architectural designing way.
